Morning Berry Smoothie

This is a complete meal in a cup and a great way to start the day.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Energy: 250 calories


– ¼ cup frozen broccoli

– ½ scoop whey protein

– 1 tsp granulated sweetner

– ¾ cup frozen mixed berries

– 1 cup apple juice


1)      Put all items into blender and blend.

2)      Pour into a cup and enjoy.
