Triple Berry Smoothie


If you enjoyed the morning berry smoothie, why not try this refreshing smoothie. It is excellent as a snack or a meal substitution.


Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

Energy: 196 calories per serving



– 1 tbsp whey protein

– 4 oz vanilla yoghurt

– 1 medium banana

– 1/3 cup marionberries

– 1/3 cup blueberries

– 1 cup orange juice

– 1/3 cup raspberries



1)      Blend all the ingredients together for 30 seconds.

2)      Serve.
