Captain’s Chair Leg Raise

–          Position yourself on the chair so that your forearms are firmly supporting your body, back pressed against the pad.

–          Allow your body to hang straight down, with your legs together. Lock a very slight bend in your knees.

–          Keeping your feet together and without using momentum, lift your legs in front of you (keeping them nearly straight) until they come up above your hips.

–          Pause a moment at the top and squeeze your abs, then slowly lower back to the start.
