Raspberry Mango Smoothie

A sweet smoothie for breakfast or dessert.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Energy: 297 calories


– 3 oz fat free vanilla yoghurt

– 1 cup frozen mango

– 1 cup frozen red raspberries

– ½ cup pulp free orange juice

– ½ cup milk


1)      Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some ice if you like you smoothie a little thicker.

2)      Blend together for about 45 seconds, or until it reaches preferred consistency.

Add a little umbrella and enjoy.
