Morning Smoothie

A great morning energiser.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
Energy: 216 calories

– 1 cup rice milk
– 2 tbsps flax seed
– 1 oz soy powder
– 1 packet sweetener
– 1 green tea bag
– 1 cup apple, chopped
– ¼ cup blueberries
– ¼ cup cooked beets
– 2 cups kale, chopped

1) Place all ingredients in a powerful blender.
2) Begin blending on slow speed then slowly increase speed to high until smooth and well blended.
3) Pour into a glass.
