A healthier alternative to deep fried french fires without sacrificing taste.

– tbsp olive oil
– ½ tsp chilli powder
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tbsp onion powder
– ½ tsp paprika
– 2 medium russet potatoes
1) Cut the potatoes into wedges or fries and place in a bowl.
2) Add olive oil then add remaining ingredients and mix well until potatoes are coated.
3) Bake on a baking sheet or in a baking dish for 45 minutes at 450°F (220°C) flipping them once half way through.
