Vee Fitness offers bespoke training programs and a one-to-one personal training service tailoring plans focusing on all areas of personal fitness, including weight loss, muscle building and toning, increasing or improving fitness levels and nutrition and healthy living. Vee Fitness is run by Vina, a qualified Reps Level 3 Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Vina’s interest in Personal Training stemmed from completing a Honours degree in Sports Science.

This blog has been started to try and give you helpful pointers on your training as well as provide different exercises and instructions on how to perform them correctly. Vee Fitness also aims to provide you with information about the latest research and any nutritional receipes. Please do share your comments and hope the blog is of some benefit to yourself.
